SAT, not having yet signed the Additional Act to the Single Agreement according to the new ART model, applies the Quality indicators established by Resolution 102\/2009 of the MIT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The monitoring of indicators is\u00a0continuous\u00a0<\/strong>and the results of the measurements, annually compiled, are communicated to the Ministry and made known to users through publication in the\u00a0Service Charter<\/strong>\u00a0and on the\u00a0Company website<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
