Societ\u00e0 Autostrada Tirrenica aims to guarantee quality service to all its customers with full respect for the rights of people with disabilities and reduced mobility<\/strong> to whom it ensures accessibility and the presence of adequate services in all its managed service areas, while committing to constantly update information on its digital channels, which can also be accessed using mobile devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In particular, in compliance with the obligations introduced by Resolution 132\/2024<\/strong>, Societ\u00e0 Autostrada Tirrenica commits to making available in the Service Areas of the managed sections, an adequate number of accessible parking spaces and toilets, in collaboration with the service providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Societ\u00e0 Autostrada Tirrenica, to ensure easy accessibility to information on dedicated services, has activated specific telephone assistance “by providing an option (key 4<\/strong>) of the dedicated number for SAT customers”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 3 service areas on the highway: Savalano Ovest, Fine Est and Corneto Ovest*. <\/strong>The areas are equipped with toilet facilities and parking spaces reserved for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the Highway managed by SAT, at Km 68+500 of the Civitavecchia \u2013 Tarquinia section, in the southbound direction, there is also the Mignone Ovest Parking Area equipped with 1 parking space reserved for people with disabilities or reduced mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \n

\n PRM COMPENSATION <\/h5>\n\n <\/summary>\n\n

If the information provided on our website does not comply with the services actually provided in parking and service areas, PRM shall be entitled to compensation (both drivers and passengers) for the following services:<\/p>\n

  1. Dedicated PRM parking spaces<\/li>\n
  2. Dedicated PRM restrooms<\/li>\n
  3. Inefficiencies or faults preventing PRM from accessing services (e.g. ramp, stair lift, lift, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A PRM is defined as any person with reduced mobility, due to a physical, mental, sensory or locomotor disability, whether permanent or temporary, such as, but not limited to:<\/p>\n
