Conditions for safe use of the infrastructure and services provided in service areas

Users are recommended to comply with the rules set out in the Nuovo Codice della Strada – New Highway Code (Legislative Decree 285/1992 and subsequent amendments) which are based on the principle of road safety, the measures issued in application of these rules, and the requirements made known through road signs and variable message signs along the route. These rules will also apply regarding traffic flow and the use of services within the service areas, where users must also follow the instructions and requirements communicated by the service providers.
